Merging of several customers into an association gives the user a comprehensive view on all (open or closed) items of the association while clearing the accounts receivable. Application of the payments with the open items can be done in one process. By importing an electronic payment advice, e.g. a REMADV file, the items are cleared automatically.

The Treasury module enables you to process and monitor all payment proposals from a central view, based on payment proposal templates.
With a few clicks payments, that were erroneously paid to a company that doesn’t include the corresponding open entries itself, can be reallocated to the correct companies thus closing the open items in the correct company.
